This was a different issue; not only couldn't I see the hats, they were completely gone. Anyway, Kepa and Madgarden were quick to respond and we've worked it out. It's amazing when a developer's customer support is as awesome as the games they make. Not surprising, though, as Rocketcat and Madgarden just generally rule.
Madgarden, I'd really like your input on this.. I would really die to somehow make this so. Pretty please with IAP on top?
We're working on a way to gift people hats from the support email, not just coins. I don't know if we'd ever add it back into the rotation or anything, though.
When the new update came out I unlocked the hat of sacrifice and went a'punchin. As soon as that run ended I went back into the store and all my hats were gone so I let madgarden know via twitter. I mean they were all still there and usable but invisible. I tried backing out to the main screen but for whatever reason mine requires a full restart. Not a huge deal since I have a setup that I really like so I don't need to be changing hats anytime soon.
I just lost all of my super hats :'(! I was playing, turned my ipod off with the game still running and when I turned it back on all of my super hats were completley gone. I had one equipped and my character was left with no hat. Please help me rocketcat!

ricardotnet, can you give me any specific details about this? Were you in the middle of a game? Was it paused? You turned it off or put it into sleep mode? If I can reproduce the situation then I can very likely solve it. Also, send a SUPPORT email to us through the Options menu and we'll help you out. OH YOU!
Hey guys. Dunno if this has been reported yet, but if im playing the game and exit it for some reason, or put it to sleep; I lose all SFX. Only music plays until I restart the game. Thanks!
I hope I'm not the only one who's pulling for a cape to be an optional accessory if/when armor gets added in an update-- first thing I thought of when I saw the Officer's Cap was M. Bison. Yeah, I'm jonesing for SF proxies costume-wise. So sue me.
Got a few reports, looking at it... must not lose the glorious sound effects! Any similarities to items from characters in SF are "purely coincidental". My latest favourite costume is the beguiling hair, beard, and dark hood all done up in brown... looking like a badass evil Monk Guile.
I had just finished a game, put my ipod in sleep and when I came back I unlocked it and noticed that my character had lost his super hat. Then I went to equip it, the only hats under special were my madgarden and rocketcat hats. My stats still say thet I have received 5 super hats but they are all gone . Thanks for the help, I'll send an email soon!
Hahaha, awesome! I think my favorite "purely coincidental" load-out at the moment is purple skin, white hair, a red Basinet and red gloves, paying homage to my favorite Master of Magnetism.
I have made some pretty great versions of chracters too. My favorites have been: The Hulk (great puncher) Black Dynomite (another great puncher) Nick Cage in a bear suit from the Wicker Man (great punch scene) Old Snake Walter White/Heisenberg
I am stuck on the "Unleash 5 ULTRA moves" quest. How should I finish this quest ? And one thing I am missing is to see which quests are still open when I start Punch Quest. The only way to do that is apparently "Start" and then pause temporarily. Or am I overlooking something ?
To finish the ultra moves quest, you need to have ultras enabled via upgrades. The ways you could do this are by getting 90/60 hit combo and the next super will be an ultra, you can get a power-up while you already have a super active, you can get power food while your super is active, if you activate your super when you have a heart left, when you have a super active when you lose your hat, or if you have the upgrade that gives you a. Ultra when your hat falls off. Another method I've used to see my quests from the start menu is to go into loot and check the skip quest options. It tells you the quest and you can just exit to not purchase the skip. I just had a great run! 4th place on GC with 444470! All the fours are amusing.
