I have Apollo in three and I'm willing to bet it can be done in two. The target starts spinning on its own, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was a one with some patience and a little luck. For three: fire down and to the right. Then fire as close to the cannon as possible so the doll starts to tumble when it hits the bottom of the ship. Then fire in the opposite direction of the dolls flight and hope the target spins into him as they fly through space.
OK let me update the values then: Wheeler dealer (Sub 26) Son of Flex (Sub 15) Big Wheel (Sub 35) Rolly (Sub 22) I currently have 12 on Son of Flex. And truth be told, I'm sub 20 on Rolly The key to Rolly is the bombs...that's all I'll say. I was low to mid 20's before I started using them. Rolly and Flex have grown on me a bit, but I still hate Wheeler dealer and Big Wheel. There isn't a terrible amount of strategy involved. For Big Wheel: Fire 2 dolls to get you moving. Once you land, blast away. And remember your tangent lines. Oh and Apollo is an easy 3 once you figure it out. MAYBE 2, but it would be very tough.
Do you know, these levels are bugging me, Big Wheel I have down to 44 now, but the other 3 mentioned are going to take some time. Apollo i'm working on. I've gotten close if not equalled the No.1 score in half the rooms but the last 2 i'm way out and Nickel Room is actually the one frustrating me the most because i'm 6 off top spot and struggling to see the improvement. I could live with not getting too close in the last 2 rooms but room 4?? Jammed is annoying me - 5 at the moment. surely this can be done in less. Maybe breaking and entering can go 3 - 2. any clues??
I have a two on Jammed. If you want to know the way I did it PM me. I almost had a one. It is possible. I'm sure.
I'm loving Ragdoll 2, it's just as good as the original. Particularly impresssed with how the levels get gradually harder and harder in such small steps - I find often with a lot of other games that one level will be fairly easy to do, but then the next is impossible. That said, I'm completely stuck on Quintesson, having done all the other levels (with a rubbish score that I'll start working on lowering just as soon as I do this last level!). Can anyone give me a hint/clue of what to do please!!!???
Totally agree -- and also -- totally stuck. I have been able to time a shot so that a ball will land on the ramp to the ice cube (1 out of 10 say) -- but the blast of the bomb always knocks the ice cube away before the ball has a chance to send it the right direction .. It seems pretty obvious the goal is to get the ice cube sliding right to hit the right button -- which will cause something to happen But damn -- it wants to go the other way all the time ..
Quintessentially Speaking. . . Best on this is nine and i'm sure it can be done in a few less but the basic plan is as follows: Get to the cannon at the bottom and force the multi-surfaced jig around 2 times so that the wood is pointing up. Gat back to the first cannon and shot at the lower red button, drop a wooden ball boucing up to the left, to release the ice block moving right. Hopefully the bouncing ball should have rotated the jig around once more so that the ice block is able to slide over to the right. Now, back to the lower cannon, swinging it around to the red side on top. Back again to the top cannon and release a bomb from the top chute. This should blow the ice block right and hit the button releasing the target. With a bit of luck it will hit a doll already fired at one of the buttons, if not, fire another. Job done and enjoy the closing sequence. RIP 374 (at the moment) I will say that some of these actions can "hit 2 birds with 1 stone" and so lower the score. Certainly took me a while to figure this level out, hence it being the last one. Hope that helps
I was just getting ready to post this same thing. I got an 7 on it though. I shoot the bottom block to rotate it so the yellowish surface is on top. Most of the time when I do that the doll bounces back into the shoot and activates the top canon. This saves a shot so reset until the doll bounces back up the shoot. Then shoot the bottom of the two buttons to drop the ball, it bounces up to the ledge to release the ice. The bouncing ball automatically rotates the square to the ice surface. Then I shoot the top cannon after the ice crosses the ice square to release the bomb. Then you have to go back to the cannon at the bottom of the frame. Shoot hard again to rotate the square counter clockwise. One of those surfaces will detonate the bomb to push the ice to the button. Then just as you said the target my find the doll. If all goes perfect a five is possible.
Actually, this level can be done in 3. I thought maybe even 2 at one point, but it seems the ball won't press the button...only the ice block ;( And like most of the later levels, it was designed extremely thoughtfully and is a great finish for the game.
Ya i have Jammed in 1...Not too tough.. wait, one good shot, then wait. Let me know if you have any questions. I have questions on everyother level.
For IC -- make sure the big wheels are turning in the correct direction such that the target wheel is turning to run UP the ramp ... this takes practice and timing of shots to reverse the wheels if needed .. get a good head of steam and viola -- when the last bomb is gone the target should shoot up -- and then down -- for an easy shot.
Can someone provide anyone give me some pointers on 2.13 the freezer, i can't get the second block to fall down the right hole. Much appreciated.
