You know it. Personnally I prefer rag doll to ropy poly but I now have a lot of dolls to throw again anyway. You better start refining those scores Idoctor.
issue with leaderboard or what? Hi, My score on leaderbord "RagdollCannon" is 21707, which is "Score total" 19747. I miss some points for bonus, for instance in the achievements, Ragdoll Cannoner (when you complete all levels) appears unlock (although I obviously achieved all levels; I re-did all levels to be sure, still unlock!). Now, discovering this forum, not only I discover I miss still 40 dolls, I appear as #1 on the wrong list, and I don't even know how I would compare with all of the players. Anyone can tell how to switch to the right leaderborad, which i understand is V1.1? Thanks. Jeanviens PS It's much more obvious with RB2 (I have 278, ranking 47) where the dolls look much happier by the way...
The developer addressed this issue earlier in this thread, after he and I went back and forth over this for a couple days via email. The next update of the app is supposed to combine the leaderboards.
woftams Read post #34 this thread. It explains the issue and it should get fixed soon. Most annoying though, I think, is how woftams can actually post so many fake scores!!! Currently on the Leaderboard for RCv1.1 is.... at #1... thetoastmachine with 21900, at #2 tanya1981 with 21876, at #3 player 2600685344 with 21778, and at #4 Phantom X with 21761. Considering the theoretical absolute maximum achievable is 21780....either there are some serious score cards issues or thetoastmachine, tanya1981 and the player(with himself)2600685344 all have very hairy palms and are quite dim! We'll give Phantom X the benefit of the doubt ... lol Love to hear from those at #1 #2 or #3 to justify your scores or know that everyone will know that you are all woftams!
Sigh. So I change device and I have to start all over again with my scores. I get all the same ones that I did before plus a few extra but my score will not go higher than it is on the other device, not in open feint, nor interestingly in game. Going away to try and do some random device resets to see if something will update along the way. Will also count my score manually
I was wondering about this too. I'm working my way back to my pre-re-install score and I doubted whether my leaderboard number would change even if I surpassed the earlier number. It seems not everyone bothers to implement OpenFeint (or Plus+) as completely as Backflip did with RB2.
I take it all back. I have 23 to get and a total score in game of 19785 and an opengeint score of 21757. It should be 21759 in openfeint. I hope the update fixes that. Edit: managed to find one of the bogus levels. Did it again and it was recognised. Now to find the other one. For the other levels - sheesh they are long shots. X, Clement you guys must have the patience of saints.
RP How about some more Roly Poly Players!! Clement is the only one challenging for the lead! It's actually very fun once you start looking for ways to shave. I'm posting a couple pages of scores to show you what's possible.
Doing My Part to Stimulate Discussion I haven't played in awhile and this is just the type of thing to get me firing again. For 190 I was firing dolls into the lever, making them stick as the board rotated around and hoping one flew off at the right time to make it over to the target.
190 - got it same way you did - ifact that is one of the levels I've had to do a few times now 153 - I was in shock. I've spent a lot of time on this and had your screenshot many times. The one I'ev been trying recently (and I'm sure it is possible) is to hit the upright at exactly the same time as the target hits it at the top. This sticks the doll through in a way that will climb up AND be attached to the upright (so it won't fall off as in X's picture). I've had it through but then it does that silly leg thing and stops moving. Grrr. Still think this is a 1 though (oops sorry 99) Your Level screenshots are very revealing though - Thanks for those. Was that deliberate? Between both of those screenshots you show all of the levels I have still to get. 154 - is a b*(ch. It loos so possible but has eluded me since the start.
Thanks for showing the way. As usual, it is much more easier when you know it is feasible, and yes, this is a funny and challenging game. And I like the characters. This being said, I have the same kind of issue with the leaderboard as with "RagdollCannon", I appear to be on the "wrong" list, "RolyPolyCannon". Let's hope Openfeint will fix all these issues shortly.
Forgive me this vanity. Never been top of a games leaderboard before! Won't last long so preserved it for myself. Thanks X, your post made me motivated to play again. Now get here beside me.

Roly Poly just isn't doing it for me at all. Will give it another try but..... Now where is that update we were promised?
It's a much different feel. The weight of the bombs throws you off at first when you're used to firing ragdolls. There are some pretty interesting puzzles to solve. It took me awhile to get into it at first. Give it some time, maybe it will grow on you.
