I think the best setup is to have an auto-detect feature to match the settings with your hardware, but then also provide specific detail options to override the auto setting. That way you can choose to see more goodies at the cost of lower frame rates or vice versa. I think most PC games probably have it set up this way now. If Apple continues to release new hardware each year, this will continue to be an issue unfortunately.
Actually how Russ designed it - it will automatically detect whats going on and set your desired frame rate. So if you want to see more distance, you put it on the lower setting.
Enough with the teasing, can we PLEASE see a movie? I can't stand it anymore lol. Do you have any news on the release date now? Are we talking weeks, a month or many months?
We're shooting for this month, submitting to the Appstore. That may mean the 30th. Will try and get a video up within in the next few days!
I'm still asking myself, how in the hell you guys make it possible to run these great textures on iPhone 3G... It can really become my favourite RPG on the iPhone.. I'm proud to have a possibility to talk to the developers of this great game.
Will there be DLC in this game josh? So like we can buy swords,armor,quests,etc....? That might be cool.
Awesome The second my friend told me about this game i came and looked at it and it looks amazing! It's like Oblivion for the ipod. Haven't seen an app this good looking since Zenonia!
Any chance the OP (first post) can be updated with all the pictures? I really don't want to go through 53 pages of junk.
Yeah, I don't agree with devs charging money for basic things such as weapons, armour, quests/missions etc. They should all be included in the game. Although, I wouldn't mind paying for an extra chunk of content (i.e - a new enviroment/map with multiple new quests) as long as the price is low (i.e -£0.59 - £1.79).
