yeah...but i think tht they just do not hav nuff time to comeovr & update us with a lil info... they r probably tryin a bit too hard to meet ze deadline
Could it be that the game is now being published under a big publisher and they don't want to disclose it as yet?
Yeah, sure. Cause it took me all of 30 seconds to do this post. An update may take up to 5 WHOLE minutes... I think they can spare that much time...
Hi guys, and sorry for the lack of updates. Suffice to say, it has been some rather exciting days for us at the office since we first announced Deliverace, but hopefully we'll have some proper news for you soon.
Good to hear you guys are still alive and kickin'...we all can't wait for the news and release of course!
I totally agree, DO NOT involve gameloft in your beautiful creation!!! That would be a shame and probably ruin the awesomeness of the game!
Something i was worried abt.Hope they take time to add in more levels before release.I would rather have a great lookin game with 8-10 diff. tracks( each a radically different track rather than just reskinned ones of earlier tracks) /levels that costs 7-10 bucks rather than a great lookin games with 2-3 different tracks for 3 bucks.
If they are getting a publisher, I hope it is Gameloft. I honestly don't see the point of using Chillingo, they have published so many games that a user wouldn't even be able to find new games that haven't risen up the charts yet if they searched. I can't imagine the PR Chillingo gives you is worth whatever you are paying them. I also have seen many Chillingo published games never go anywhere in terms of sales. Gameloft on the other hand, has significantly less amount of titles and almost every single game they put out rises to the top 10 grossing. While I'm not a big Gameloft fan, albeit I like a few of their games, I feel like Pixelbite could have the most success under that name.
Does Gameloft publish? This is news... While I have no problem with them publishing (though it seems strange, I thought they were mainly self-contained. after all, when I see a Gameloft game, I know it's a Gameloft game) as long as they don't meddle creatively. Their games are technologically fantastic and look great, but lack in depth.
Yeah, I didn't think that Gameloft publishes other people's games either. As far as I know, they have only published the games that they have developed. Although I agree with Will that Pixelbite would benefit more from this game being published by Gameloft.
iPad version? Folks, I've always loved top down racers, from that early four player coin op from the eighties onwards. Please please tell me, is this going to be available for the iPad as well? Thanks!
