lol! I doubt I will pick this up now. I hate when devs don't deliver on thier promises. It is one thing to have a setback but when they clam up it is bs.

I was just kiddin since i will most surely buy the game..... but with the number of problmes other had with timeframes devs should be carefull to the dates they send out (and just to stay clear, not saying a date is something diferent than not giving info about the game, the should have posted more screens or videos instead of giving a date for release, most people would be happy with pics/vid/info :D)

stop bitching, im sry that these devs are wanting to provide a quality game and its taking a bit longer than expected. So what if it takes a bit longer than they said, you cant give and exact release date on a game this good. There are going to be setbacks so get over it. Your still gonna buy this game when it comes out so don't lie. Maybe they clammed up because they are extremely busy finishing up the final details, you dont know why the clammed up so dont assume anything.

lmfao your loss kid, your loss. I feel like everyone loses part of their intelligence online. Logic, grammar, patience, etc. all go out the window.

I'm sure this is a publisher issue. A big publisher would make anyone wait.

You are calling me a kid? Funny coming from somebody named Da Shiz Wiz 19... BTW, I won't miss out. I will get it for free. The devs promised a free copy if it didn't come out in April. I will take them up on it.

This is what people are talking about. It was only stated to one member though.

Ok, they did not (probably) do what they promised since they haven't released the game, and that is something we have to take. But instead we want some news!! And we need some news NOW!!
They promised a game before end of April, but in the end we got nothing... Not even some news about it o_O

It's annoying to see all these people complaining on this forum. Oh the price is too high, oh it didn't come out the day it was supposed to, oh it has DLC, wahh wahh wahh.

You haven't been here long. Eventually you'll notice it.

Sorry, but I gotta go with dashizwiz's side for this.
He's got a point: People just don't have patience anymore.

Sure the dev said that he'd buy a copy if it didn't come out in April, but seriously everyone, be realistic. What if you were in his shoes? He's probably still rushing the game right now, maybe even feeling hopeless with everyone rushing him. Would you like that feeling?

Give the dev some time. The game'll be out eventually. Geez, people these days.

I don't get you guys. I it is a horrible, dreadful thing to ask for an update...

Facts are these, the dev showed up selling people on the game, the dev promised an april release, the dev has sucked about keeping us in the loop.

I am in the wrong for asking for a simple update or a heads up or an explanation? Wow, people these days...

No, it's not wrong to ask for an update on what's happening. What is wrong is saying

Sure, a promise is a promise, but something could have happened that we all don't know about. Maybe a tragic event happened in his life, or maybe he's been busy. After all, the dev is still a person.

Of course, each person's definition of the term "wrong" is different, so what's stopping you from complaining?

    Give the dude some time.

Is everyone on this board obtuse? Let me break it down in simple terms since some of you are having such difficulty understanding. I WOULD LIKE SOME FORM OF UPDATE.

I don't buy that they are too busy or grief stricken to pop in and spend 2 minutes updating us about the game. It is lame on thier part...

I completely agree with this. Just calm down and be patient. Maybe the dev is fixing a huge bug or just adding updates to it. I am sure he is doing the best he can and will release as soon as he thinks it is done.

Maybe someone in his family passed away and he's setting up a funeral. Of course this is only hypothetical, but you never know. He could be mourning for all we know, and all you care about is an update? He'll drop by when he has time. He hasn't forgotten about the game since it is one of his jobs.

Also to add onto what you said:

If you really are not going to pick this up because of a small delay, then you should seriously reconsider about playing any video games at all. If a delay is the deciding factor between you buying a game and you not buying a game, why don't you just go buy crap games? They're available right now, and after all, there isn't a delay for them.

The longer you wait for something, the sweeter it will be when you actually get your hands on it. Just ask anyone from the past Minigore thread.
