Unfortunately, this week was not a good week for older device owners (wish Christmas would have been good to me for an upgrade, but with my wife losing her job, it ain't gonna happen). I think probably 90% of this week's releases were 3GS up and only. Still, I have to go with Terra Noctis when it comes to vote time. One of the best original platformers on the iOS.
Just as an aside since we are talking about games of this week, I understand that the Apple freeze for the holidays starts tomorrow. So is today the last day we can expect any new game (as well as price changes)?
Yes. There won't be any new apps, updates or price changes on the App Store from today (midnight I'm guessing) to the 29th.
Ten you repeated yourself. While listing, you have "one of the biggest and most in-depth rpgs", and then later in the list, "another great Gamevil KRPG"....So it WAS Zenonia 4 twice?

I am pretty sure you haven't got half of the interesting titles this week. At least you should add: Cat in the Cloud Justin Smith's Realistic Summer Sports Simulator Half of the titles that are on the list at this moment are pretty vanilla!
