Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Well, now we know two new things: a) Voice acting sucks. b) Animations suck. Sigh...
Well... I thought the gameplay animation was pretty good with some detailed backgrounds and character models. The voice acting reminds me of voice acting auditions though.
My god. Some of the worse voice acting I have ever heard. Not as pumped as before, especially after seeing the animations...
Yes yes yes yes yes yes. Oh my god how can gameloft publish a "big blockbuster" with that kind of atrocious acting??????????
I'm wondering how different the gameplay in this will differ from Spiderman Total Mayhem...looks much of the same thing.
I was talking with JBRUU earlier how GL is a hit or miss and this unfortunately seems like a miss. That is the worst voice acting I've heard on a game...
Have you seen the 3DS version? Not only is it bad, and the graphics awful, but its not open world or free roam. Have you seen the Vita version? That's right. There isn't one.
I don't even know what everyone is talking about. The gameplay looks good. It looks to be some kind of cel shading there using
Am I the only one who doesn't think the voice acting is bad? I thought it was actually good when I first heard it, much better in comparison to games like Gangstar Rio and 9mm. And what's with the sudden hating on the animations? The recent trailer didn't really show anything different from the original trailer, and we've already seen hands on gameplay from other sources.... When I checked the forum today I thought there was some other new gameplay video I was missing, but no-just the new trailer that contains some pretty decent voice acting and a lot of the same gameplay we've already seen.
I love how people get focused on the animations and how they "suck". People should focus on the gameplay. Don't forget, it's an open world game and there is a cap on file size. I would rather have the extra in the game play and not in the animations. As opposed to solid animations and an okay game environment. Voice acting, yeah a little cheesy, but it's still about game play. I guess having an open world Spider-man game in your pocket just isn't good enough for some people. To be honest, I hope Batman is the same... More focus on the in game environment.
I definitely want them to really focus on making a dark, immersive environment, but GameLoft BETTER NOT screw up Batman. But anyways, I'll save that for the appropriate thread
This just looks like an almost exact copy of the free roam game cube spider man game. Seen it done it bought the tshirt. Nothing new here lol. I mean yeah it looks good! But it was done already about 3 years ago. About time Gameloft did something new.
