Hi, how is Just Cause 2? what do you actually do in the game? How are the free roaming environments? Physics?
Just cause 2 is such an awesome game and really whacky with over the top action and crazy explosions. You just play as a mercenary and pick up missions across a beautiful island that ranges from snow peaks to tropical forests to deserts. The fun part comes when you use the parachte and grappling hook to pull of stunts. If you have a powerful PC it looks amazing as it has more bells and whistles than it's console brethren. Just Cause 2 is awesome. It's more of an open sandbox to just mess around and cause mayhem. Word of warning- Don't get the PC version. It controls horribly and slowly. Console version works better.

( they wanted there linux back.. heh ) they will have proof of concept video in thr next day or so and the tools to do it your self next month. this video is just explaining how they did it using some power point slides. rock on psx crackers. ( from what im getting, the sony coders got lazy.. or not enough coffee ) i did not realize how they lied about the updates. saying it added features when its just to plug holes 9 out of 10 times. they should at least be honest with what the update do. chris. P.S well after watching the video a second time and some google articals. if im getting this right. sony will not be able to patch this.. the hole is built into the system it self, just time now for the tools to roll out. i guess this will be good to the people who are sick of updating every time they turn on there ps3.
To be honest, I don't care if the system gets hacked. What I care about is Sony forcing me to download all these updates on my perfectly clean and unhacked system. Why should I suffer because some computer geek wants to play about in Linux? I really hope they don't try and fix this, because it'll just go on forever.

What are the best games in terms of freeroaming? I need great physics, as much destructible environment as possible and the ability to use vehicles.
Different games with different goals. I better Crysis 2 is much faster. Rage looks pretty awesome, but Crysis gameplay is appealing to me more right now. But Brink and Crysis 2 are my two FPS's for the year right now. Maybe Rage or Killzone 3. It's gonna be a good year for all gamers.
It's pointless to say Rage will blow Crysis 2 away (aside from the fact it won't, the Crysis fanbase is much better grounded) since they're not even competing. If you ask me, anyone who doesn't buy both is a fool. RE: Open world game - I would agree with 270Kp and say Saints Row 2, because it is actually an awesome game and probably the best of the few mentioned in terms of being a complete and deep game, but the issues present on the PS3 version almost kill it completely. I prefer PS3 myself but I wouldn't play that on anything other than 360. So yeah, Red Faction for impressive destruction physics but bland landscape, Just Cause 2 for beautiful, expansive scenery but slightly less destruction.
Rage, Crysis 2, Brink, Battlefield 3, and Portal 2 for me hopefully... if I don't go broke first. My three most anticipated games are Uncharted 3, inFamous 2, and Mass Effect 2.
Haha I alays forget about portal... That's on my list too. I'd say my most anticipated game would be inFamous 2. I want a release date! Then it's Uncharted 3, LBP2, Crysis 2, Brink, Portal 2, whatever Assassin's Creed game comes, Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, and then Rage. It's going to be a pretty expensive year... Which is awesome.
Don't forget Dead Space 2. I think I'll skip o nit thought-the campaign doesn't look much better than the original, and the multiplayer looks useless. BATMAN ARKHAM CITY IS COMING OUT NEXT YEAR TOO!!! So pumped And the original Dead Space is only 20 bucks now What is Brink? I've not heard of it (sorry if I sound stupid and uninformed)...can you fill me in? I don't have a PS3, I have an XBox, so GoW3 is coming my way as well next year. So many games....
