Thank the gods!!!!! Level 20 is a little tad lite for HOLI. But you could give it a shot and go back and level up if you're not high enough. The key to surviving early stages of HOLI is to get to the Magic School across form Muck Island by doing Baba Manya's quest. Then you get such high power items it becomes a lot easier. : )

Tnx for your advices. I have about 4 quests left in Ice & Fire, but I'm going to level up after I finish it. I also need help with a couple of things. First one: where is gurutz house in thule village? Second: how to defeat swamp dragon and get to gladiator school? Third: Where do I find the item that the little girl(her name starts with an O, I'm terrible at memorising names) lost? She says it's somewhere where she's allowed to play so my guess is Thule Abbey, but I searched everywhere

Ok I managed to solve harp & tuner quest and gurutz quest. Now I need your help in defeating swamp dragons and the beast. Cat can you write their weaknesses like you did with Cyclops King?

I need help with Babba Manya's quest. I managed to kill everything in the cave, and explore every part of it (as far as I know) and I still haven't found her grandson's bones. Can someone please help me?

How do I break into the merchants house? I have Seths club and stealth of 51. Is that enough? Thanks

    Heya Cat-A-Licous!

Actually, it is entirely possible to get thrown in jail even after you've completed the game without hurting your reputation at all...

Attacking guards just adds to your crime level without lowering fame.

And, after a lot of experimenting I was able to discover that a crime level of exactly 55 or more will still get you thrown in jail, without any negative consequences thereafter. The Governor's pardon will work again once you clear your crime record through Betard, Mayana, or the Suspicious Man.

For gruntz's house, try sneaking around at night.
For the innkeeper's brother, how high is your persuade?

Fastest you've ever made it to Mithria?

What's the fastest you've ever made it to Mithria...

And how exactly did you pull it off?

Remember some posts from way back where people were talking about making it to Mithria before shops closed on day 2.

My first playthrough I spent a LOT of the early game resting and creating potions for profit, so it was probably day 10 or so before I meandered over there.

Was wondering how different players tackle the "Mithria Dash" when they've got an agenda of making it there asap.

Question on enchanting, if I enchant something then after a few levels my enchant ability gets better can I re-enchant the same item making the enchant better? Or just change it if I find the current enchant isn't working as well as I thought it would?

I am currently in the city of Phryn and I am attempting to complete the Enchantress's Head quest. I have been at this point before with other profiles and on all of them performed the side quest for the blacksmith. However, it rendered the quest unsolvable. I have a pretty big hunch that the murderer was the blacksmith because he mentions going to pick up a potion to get his wife to come back to him, and the only witness says it fits the description of the blacksmith and the mysterious man. I don't know how to get the blacksmith to confess because he continuously states that I do not have proof. I have a relatively high persuasion for my level (lvl 8 with 34 persuade) and was wondering how to get the blacksmith to confess...

    Anybody?

EDIT: Nevermind, I have obtained the bloody skull from the curio shop and have more eveidence.

No, once something has been enchanted, it's permanant. But, you can sell it at a much better rate than without an enchant.

Today a new The Quest version (4.3) appeared in the AppStore. It contains many bugfixes for the main game and for its expansions:

    - Enchant can no longer be used to recharge wands.
    - Changed price calculation in shops, so the selling price can no longer be higher than the buying price for the same item.
    - Fixed the Armorer in Mithria: Players can no longer gain billions of gold if they don't have enough money for the Mithril armor.
    - Introduced level limits for travelling to the expansions, to prevent getting powerful items too early in the game.
    - (HOLI): The selling price for Beluga Caviar has been substantially lowered.
    - (HOLI): The valuables in the Royal Treasury no longer respawn.
    - (HOLI): The player can no longer gain infinite fame by repeately not robbing Father Semyon of his gold. Also, the player can no longer fail Father Semyon's Bible quest by robbing Father Semyon if he/she has already completed the quest.
    - (HOLI): Limited the effects of the Kvass potion to only a single consumption.
    - (HOLII): The Destruction spell no longer drains a level.
    - (HOLII): The AFTM will no longer allow players to gain billions of gold.
    - (HOLII): Talking to Silvergirl at the Redshift University shouldn't cause the game to crash in certain circumstances anymore. Also the cure for the West Krivda virus is now given by Imran and not Silvergirl.

The Quest Gold version (the main game plus all expansions for a reduced price) also contains these modifications, you can check it out here:
    http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=345293120

Because some complaints we just decided to remove the level limits for the expansions but this will only appear in the following version of the game, so if you hate this new modification, please be patient until its re-modification hits the AppStore. : )

BTW, Merry Christmas to all Questers! : )

    Question about trainers

Are there trainers that can train you to over 40 in skills? If so, where can I find them?
Also if anyone happen to have a list of where to find each trainer in the main game it would be highly appreciated. I have been running around the whole country, been to every store, to every inn, talked to the streetwalkers etc, but still have quite a few skills I haven't managed to find trainers in, at least not for the higher levels.
