Ok i found a websites for all the quests. I finished a lot in Vastares and started the demon one. But I accidentialy helped the demon but I got a blood axe . I haven't seen many shamans by going from the back of the Vastares cemetery to the monastary. But the dwarves there are almost unbearable. There are so many and like 5 come at a time and they are all captains... its annoying. I need to get the lighting bolt spell. I love this game so much and reading about what you guys are doing excites me even more, heres a link to the quest list.... http://www.thequesthints.de/ It is probably one of the most useful quest websites I have found. The dwarves are stupid about water. If you can get them north, cross the water in a way where they are left on the other side and pepper them with arrows (or magic missiles). I didn't really have trouble with the dwarves, but I was playing a fighter with heavy armor. Now I'm playing a mage, and they are much harder. BTW, what the news on the sequel?
Another tip is to stand still! When you first detect a dwarf nearby (you will slow down) you should stop moving and stand in the same place. Stand still and let the dwarf come to you. If you keep walking you will walk within range of another one and so on. If you keep moving while fighting them then you are more likely to be swamped.
witches ok so i found the witches hole in the ground some time ago by accident... moved on once i relized i couldn't kill the witch queen without a special weapon- now i have the hammer and quest and can't seem to find their lair again to save my life!! i have found the one in the fen of death with the hallowed tree but it seems as though i've covered every square inch and still can't find that hole in the ground again. can anybody help me out here? thanks guys
Never fear, you have already found the Witch Queens Empire . That hollow tree 'stump' is the back entrance to her lair! BUT seeing as you have not yet defeated the Witch Queen you will not have the key to get out of the Torture Room. So you need to go west and back through the wall and to The Swamp of Tears: The Peninsula. I'm on my iPhone now so I can't post a map right now.
no map needed... i'm sure i could trace the entire continent in my sleep by now (bit of a quest junkie!) i was looking on the wrong side of the gate which would explain my frustrations- thank you for your help!
Exactly what weapon did you use to clear the path? Shit.. must have been something I sold I have finished the game, but this is one of the two side missions I never accomplished (the other one was the "agent boy" in Matras)
Highlight for spoiler: I used a "war hammer" type of weapon that I found on a path nearby. I touched the rocks and got the message that the path was blocked so then I equiped the hammer and attacked the rock. From memory it was not a special hammer of any kind, just a normal war hammer. So go buy one and go back and give it a go. There was a fair bit involved in the agent boy quest. Did you speak to the boy (who is in the swamp nearby with the friendly goblins)? so where did she go? Ok so i infiltrated the witch den before i even knew about the mission. I cleared out all the enemies that were there at the time. later i found i was supposed to get the witch hammer and then kill the witch queen but now i can't find her. I went back to the den and its empty. can anyone shed some light on my ordeal?
Welcome to the forum! There is LOTS of information about the Witch Queen quest to be found in this thread. At the top of this page near the right hand side of the screen is an option called "search this thread". Use that to search the thread for Witch Queen. That will bring up all the posts about the Wutch Queen. I'm guessing you will need to find the key to her lair and the location of her lair.
patronization aside yes I've searched the entire lair up and down at least three times. I've unlocked every room and even when i killed her boy toy i went through there again. i found nothing. i suppose i'll have to replay the game and do the mission in order. i accidentally stumbled upon it when i was looking for the guild on one of the 'mysterious man' missions. my thought is if thats the only place she can be found then i failed to activate her appearance when i went through there the first time because the mission wasnt activated.
anyone can direct me as to where to find reeyk? she gave me a quest to poison the goblin chief and to look for her sister, i went on to look for her sis but the quest wasnt completed and then later i poisoned the goblin chief and was captured back to the witch queen's lair. i did a recall back to the marsh to look for reeyk having obtaining the horn but she wanst there. her sister who was supposedly in long spit village has also disappeared. i tried dreyheck's home but still to no valid. anyone could point me to the right direction? thanks alot
In Mitrias In the city of Mithria there is a place where there is a barrier where the alchemy shop is. How do I remove the barrier and reach the alchemy shop? Sorry for my english isn't my first language
Gyytuk, You need to have talked to the Mysterious Man in Phrynn and asked him about the field. Then, just touch it to inactivate the barrier.
Where is the Update/Expansion Pack The Island of Ice and Fire? It should be available now surely? God I hope Apple haven't pulled it again for some stupid reason!
