Hey Guys, I am looking for an app on iOS that can add transparency to things like avatars and stuff mainly for Twitter. Does anything like this exsist? Sorry if I posted in the wrong section, I had no idea where to post this lol. An example of what I am talking about: A friend of mine did this but i am tired of asking him to do it. I know he has some program on his Mac, but I was wondering if anything like this existed on iOS? Basically loses the background so that only the Pipboy (the picture) is there and yeah if you don't get it... I can't explain it better Thanks so much in advance!
There are plenty but to get that type of accuracy on the borders youll have to use a stylus or an ipad. Most of the high end art apps on the store can do layers and transparencies, Brushes, Sketchbook, ect., but like I mentioned without a stylus you'll be up shitcreek.
