Hey SV Checked out Karras songs on SoundCloud! Fantastic music! Like the music histogram of each song..neat! Simple- Cool beat to this song Pop Rock- nice energy there Hold Tight- really crisp nice vocals there Your House- the bare vocal reminded me of the Kate Bush song "Mrs.Bartolozzi" Esoteric Sob- really like the beat of this one Collapse- neat layering of sound Egomania- vocals!!! Six Minutes in Space is excellent!!! 1:40min synth really nice....like how the piano came in at around 4min mark...neat space dialogue at end...!! Just starting to check out Apparent Symmetry and G.R.I.D, Rullaan.....really like and admire what you're doing here!!!! Next time I open Grokion I'll play this music!! Been awhile since I've played on a synth! Cool sounds,cool memories Just love the emotions that the variety of sampled sounds can create through a synth...have a friend who owns the original Fairlight I even had a chance to play and record on my friends Mini Moog many moons ago...haha Anyways will explore more here Thanks

I have no idea what the people are singing, but the songs are quite catchy E: A full version of Adele's Skyfall was also leaked early. Anyone listened to it? Thoughts?
hahaha. =oD Glad I could give you some music to listen to yesterday. I use to have a friend who was all about some older synths... he couldn't find a Fairlight though. I know he was constantly looking for one. God that was years ago. =oP Another guy who use to live in the town right next to me, we use to DJ together, he let me use his Triton for some of the stuff on 'Mourn' - but I know I didn't take really any advantage there. Wish he still lived around here. Anywho, yeah I've always thought that electronic music has been great at getting feelings across. I didn't use to think that way. Thought 'what could you possibly express sitting there tweaking nobs all day' - and then heard Velvet Acid Christ, and it was over. I wound up buying all the software I could, and then later moved onto hardware. Glad to listen to new music..thanks Yes my friend moved down to the U.S and he didn't continue with music but it was great playing with the Fairlight! A Korg Triton would have been great to use... Of course you could always use a M3.... It's amazing how technology has advance for hardware and software My oldest brother is a real sound and recording program fan....he's got a mountain of stuff yet he's always so busy in the piano business! I looked up Velvet Acid Christs website just now and it's a little sad...he has just put up for sale a Korg Kronos workstation and a red Telecaster because of mounting bills.... It's too bad we never hear the Presidential candidates talking about the hardships of many musicians and artists.... It's the same up here in Canada...
