Australia release will be either 7 or 8 hours after NZ release. Not sure about 7 or 8 here coz these daylight saving modes keep messing up the Australian release time for me. But be rest assured it'll be either 7 or 8 hours AFTER NZ release. Wont be showing up before that. Well, if he's correct in his time zone, then he's not wrong and you're once again wrong in calling him wrong. He doesnt even need to be in france/europe for that. It'll be true even for US as long as he's in EST/CST time zones. So ya, you're way off in calling that statement wrong. Anyways, there's nothing to stay on topic coz the game will be out soon. Timezone releases are confusing. Sorry to keep asking questions, but even though Australia is the closest to NZ timezone wise (aside from some pacific islands), we don't get it for another 7/8 hours? That's annoying. Oh well, can't wait
Well, this game will be out in NZ at midnight, 14th. It shows up in Asia, even in France long before in California. Yeah, time zones. People talking about them should learn about them before. And sometimes you're wrong by calling someone wrong.
I know I'm gonna want to get the universal but should I wait for a price drop ? lol . It's been 0.99 cents twice in 4 months .

Which way does the world spin in California? Pretty sure the entire planet (other than a few parts of US like Hawaii) gets to tomorrow before your time zone. So your statement is so full of confusion I can't even call it wrong! At any rate, it IS the 14th is NZ (not in California) and it SHOULD be out and now I am worried because this was the update I was going to make at 11 PM (as I said got the iPad version on sale in the expectation that one day I GOT an iPad). Perhaps since there is an update involved it will just get released at some selected time zone's midnight and not like the typical dated releases? Also - what makes the iPhone and the Universal update different? Should I want to be getting the iPhone version even if I have the iPad version? I mean did they optimize it for the iPhone more in the iPhone version? Or are those questions right up there with the mystery of life and no one knows?
I don't know for sure, but it sounds like the version coming out will be a cheaper one only for iPhones/iPods and the Universal version will be for all devices. If you already have the iPad version, I don't think there's any reason to get the other one, unless you feel like shipping 2D Boy some extra money for some reason, in which case you'd probably be better off gifting it to a friend.
My guess is that is going to be universal and 99 cents for the first 24 hours, then 3 dollars until a new rebate. Compatible with iPhone, iPod and iPad: one app, one price.
